COMMERCIAL WOOD SUPPLIES AND CRAFTING SERVICES FOR QUALITY WOOD SLABS
Turn to Emma Rose Hardwoods for high-quality wood slabs and custom furniture pieces. We have HUGE wood slabs 22 feet long and over 60 inches wide and over 20 species of hardwood trees. If we don't have it, we can source it.
- The bandsaw mill is capable of cutting 72” wide and 22’ long logs.
- Nyle L500 dehumidification kiln. Kiln chamber is 30’x26’x8’.
- Use Air-O-Flow stacking stickers spaced at 2’ intervals between the wood slabs.
- Flitches are stored on specialized drying racks which allow good air flow through the wood for minimal of 1 year per inch of wood thickness air drying prior to kiln. The flitch stacks are covered by a metal roof.
- Timesaver 53” three head planer/sander.
